Seule la CFE-CGC consid\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il y a encore d&rsquo;importantes questions qui restent en suspends.<\/p>\n<p>Nous en voulons pour preuve 2 items :<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les accords locaux OARTT:<\/p>\n<p>Concernant le r\u00e9gime cyclique 35 H qui dispara\u00eet, la Direction applique un traitement in\u00e9galitaire aux&nbsp;&nbsp; salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s. Ainsi&nbsp; les 259 salari\u00e9s de Montpellier peuvent rester en groupe \u00ab&nbsp; ferm\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb alors que les 69 salari\u00e9s des services back grand public sont renvoy\u00e9s aux accords locaux en vigueur! Autant dire qu&rsquo;elle abandonne purement et simplement ces salari\u00e9s l\u00e0 \u00e0 leur sort. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Part Variable Vendeurs des Ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;Affaire.<\/p>\n<p>La DRH avait rencontr\u00e9 il y a quelques mois les Ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;Affaires et leur avait jur\u00e9 la main sur le c\u0153ur que rien ne changerait dans leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise, lors de la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation, en d\u00e9couvrant dans le projet d&rsquo;accord que la&nbsp;Part Variable Vendeurs des IA \u00e9tait supprim\u00e9e pour \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par une Part Variable Manag\u00e9riale ayant un plafond inf\u00e9rieur et ent\u00e9rine ainsi de fait, une baisse de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de ces salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC est la seule organisation syndicale qui conteste ses propositions et r\u00e9clame un traitement \u00e9quitable de TOUS les salari\u00e9s!
