L&rsquo;augmentation accrue des cong&eacute;s maladies parmi les salari&eacute;s le d&eacute;montre !\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t<strong>En juin 2007, la CFE-CGC\/UNSA a cr&eacute;&eacute; avec SUD un organe d&rsquo;observation et d&rsquo;actions : L&rsquo;Observatoire du Stress et des mobilit&eacute;s forc&eacute;es &agrave; France T&eacute;l&eacute;com. C&rsquo;est aussi la constitution d&rsquo;un comit&eacute; scientifique, avec des experts du domaine, ext&eacute;rieurs &agrave; FT (sociologues, cabinets d&rsquo;expertise, psychologues, m&eacute;decins du travail&#8230;), la mise en oeuvre de questionnaires nationaux sur le stress chez FT, la tenue d&rsquo;Assises nationales, d&rsquo;actions de formation, et le lancement de vastes campagnes de presse.<\/strong>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t<strong>En mettant en lumi&egrave;re les agissements de la Direction, la pression, m&ecirc;me si cela reste encore insuffisant &agrave; ce jour, a sensiblement diminu&eacute;. <\/strong>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les mobilit&eacute;s forc&eacute;es sont d&eacute;sormais le pain quotidien des salari&eacute;s, et la pression exerc&eacute;e sur les personnels atteint un niveau critique.
