font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"FR\">Suite \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation faite en commission des indicateurs de suivi des porteurs de mandat selon l\u2019accord du 9 Septembre 2011, la CFE-CGC continue de se r\u00e9jouir d\u2019avoir sign\u00e9 cet accord et reconnait les efforts de la Direction \u00e0 avoir corrig\u00e9 les manquements signal\u00e9s l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re s\u2019agissant notamment du suivi des indicateurs dans les filiales comme de la meilleure visibilit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 la maille des EP, mais en regrettant tout de m\u00eame ne pas avoir b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du % de suivi des formations manag\u00e9riales sur le r\u00f4le IRP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"FR\"><br \/>Ceci sera certainement pour la prochaine pr\u00e9sentation comme d\u2019ailleurs peut-\u00eatre une r\u00e9partition de ces indicateurs par genre, car l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 homme\/femme cela doit pouvoir \u00eatre mesur\u00e9 aussi sur les porteurs de Mandat s\u2019agissant du montant des parts variables comme des promotions dites syndicales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"FR\"><br \/>S\u2019agissant de ces derni\u00e8res, la CFE-CGC s\u2019\u00e9tonne, alors vous avez-vous-m\u00eame rappel\u00e9 en commission qu\u2019une d\u00e9cision du Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat du 4 Octobre 2013 avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 comme ill\u00e9gal le processus actuel de promotion syndicale pour les fonctionnaires qu\u2019aucune n\u00e9gociation n\u2019ai encore \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte pour revoir ce processus.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
