De cette analyse \u00e9conomique&nbsp;sur la viabilit\u00e9 des offres Cloud (actuelles et futures) d\u00e9pend la pertinence et le gain attendu.<\/p>\n<p>En dehors de cet enjeu \u00e9conomique, le projet&nbsp;pr\u00e9sente de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9taill\u00e9e la fa\u00e7on&nbsp;dont les \u00e9quipes vont \u00eatre structur\u00e9es.&nbsp;Un point important : mis \u00e0 part certains d\u00e9tails, la rationalisation de l&rsquo;organisation parait appropri\u00e9e, mais pas plus que la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Au moins les \u00e9quipes qui se&nbsp; faisaient concurrence auparavant&nbsp;dans divers services sont d\u00e9sormais regroup\u00e9es hi\u00e9rarchiquement (les \u00e9quipes ne bougent pas g\u00e9ographiquement et tr\u00e8s peu de personnes changent de manager, puisque&nbsp;ce sont&nbsp;les \u00e9quipes enti\u00e8res qui&nbsp;sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>Cependant,&nbsp;les objectifs commerciaux affich\u00e9s semblent d\u00e9raisonnables, au vu des offres actuelles et du march\u00e9. A la question des moyens mis en oeuvre pour atteindre ces objectifs, la direction ne nous&nbsp;donne&nbsp;pas de&nbsp;r\u00e9ponse&nbsp;sur l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre&nbsp;de commerciaux, ni sur&nbsp;la&nbsp;modification \u00e9ventuelle de la strat\u00e9gie marketing; elle&nbsp;justifie la croissance des objectifs par une simple d\u00e9marche locale des entreprises (type march\u00e9 Direction Entreprise France).
