{"id":5306,"date":"2013-12-19T10:43:05","date_gmt":"2013-12-19T10:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=5306"},"modified":"2013-12-19T10:43:05","modified_gmt":"2013-12-19T10:43:05","slug":"acord-insertion-jeunes-ou-en-sommes-nous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2013\/12\/19\/acord-insertion-jeunes-ou-en-sommes-nous\/","title":{"rendered":"acord insertion jeunes : o\u00f9 en sommes-nous ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center; margin: 12pt 0cm 3pt;\" align=\"center\">Suivi de l\u2019accord insertion jeunes le 4 d\u00e9c. 2013<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm 3pt;\">Le groupe a respect\u00e9 les engagements prioritaires de l\u2019accord&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;sur l\u2019insertion des jeunes&nbsp;\u00bb du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2011:<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm 3pt 35.4pt;\">Maintenir 4500 alternants chaque ann\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; =&gt; le nombre est d\u00e9pass\u00e9 sur toute la p\u00e9riode (environ 4900 alternants)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-indent: 35.4pt; margin: 12pt 0cm 3pt;\">recruter 1200 CDI parmi les alternants&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt 35.4pt;\">=&gt; en cumul\u00e9 sur 2011, 2012 et 2013, =&gt; 1228 ex alternants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9s en CDI<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\">En revanche, l\u2019engagement sur le nombre de stagiaires n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-indent: 35.4pt; margin: 12pt 0cm 3pt;\">accueillir environ 2500 stagiaires chaque ann\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 35.4pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\">=&gt; le nombre n&rsquo;est pas atteint, puisque 1912 stagiaires en 2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\">L\u2019engagement sur <strong>la f\u00e9minisation<\/strong> n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 de par le manque d\u2019informations chiffr\u00e9es communiqu\u00e9es par la direction. Pourtant l\u2019engagement sur l\u2019aspect de l\u2019Egalit\u00e9<strong> Professionnelle <\/strong>de l\u2019accord est \u00ab&nbsp;raisonnable&nbsp;\u00bb puisqu\u2019il se r\u00e9duit aux formulations suivantes (cf. p19\/25 de l\u2019accord chapitre 4.3)&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; color: black;\">\u00ab&nbsp;favoriser l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des genres dans les emplois qui restent encore tr\u00e8s masculinis\u00e9s ou tr\u00e8s f\u00e9minis\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; color: black;\">\u00ab&nbsp;se rapprocher d\u2019une r\u00e9partition femmes \/ hommes refl\u00e9tant celle des taux de sortie des grandes fili\u00e8res de formations commerciales, technologiques et scientifiques&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\">Nous avons not\u00e9 <strong>l\u2019aide au logement<\/strong> propos\u00e9e par notre groupe totalement inefficace. Ainsi sur la volum\u00e9trie de 2500 jeunes \/ an seuls, 33 ont trouv\u00e9 un logement en 2012 avec l\u2019aide d\u2019ORANGE.
