Une \u00e9tude sur Orange r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e par l\u2019Institut des m\u00e9tiers<a style=\"vertical-align: super;\" href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> nous apprend qu\u2019elles n\u2019y repr\u00e9sentent que 18%. C\u2019est \u00e9videmment insuffisant, en premier lieu au regard du taux de f\u00e9minisation moyen dans le groupe (36%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\">En analysant plus particuli\u00e8rement 5 m\u00e9tiers techniques o\u00f9 le taux de f\u00e9minisation est tr\u00e8s bas, l\u2019\u00e9tude permet de bien comprendre les causes et les m\u00e9canismes qui conduisent \u00e0 cette situation. Mais l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de l\u2019\u00e9tude va plus loin.
