L\u2019ordonnance de la Direction est-elle bien adapt\u00e9e, sera-t-elle bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9e\u2026 Une de ses prescriptions pour inciter les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 la polyvalence est de proposer un nouvel \u00e9l\u00e9ment de reconnaissance, l&rsquo;AI GPEC, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire une reconnaissance salariale sans promotion, appliqu\u00e9e seulement sur le compl\u00e9ment FT tel que pr\u00e9vu dans l&rsquo;accord salarial FTSA 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Tout l\u2019enjeu pour la Direction sera de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre le maintien de comp\u00e9tences en UI, essentiellement pour de l&rsquo;expertise, et le recours \u00e0 la sous-traitance.
