text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">De ce fait, votre dur\u00e9e annuelle du travail a pu \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 ce que pr\u00e9voient les accords OARTT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quand les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel (DP) posent la question d\u2019une compensation de ces heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, la r\u00e9ponse de la direction est NON&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>La preuve&nbsp;: la question\/r\u00e9ponse de janvier 2014 au CCOR Nord de France site REIMS&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 1cm;\"><i>Question DP&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Pour un CC, Marie-Fran\u00e7oise par exemple, qui ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie que de 3 jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s sur 11 existants en 2014, peut-elle esp\u00e9rer une compensation financi\u00e8re ? &#8230;<br \/><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 1cm;\"><i>R\u00e9ponse de la direction&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Il n\u2019existe pas de compensation pr\u00e9vue pour ces situations.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 1cm;\"><strong><i>&nbsp;<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">Pour la direction, ne pas payer son d\u00fb \u00e0 un salari\u00e9, c\u2019est normal&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>La CFE-CGC ne peut admettre ce genre d\u2019errements&nbsp;!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">C\u2019est pourquoi, nous proposons \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9(e)s concern\u00e9(e)s de faire, via un click RH, une demande de d\u00e9compte annuel de temps de travail, ainsi libell\u00e9e&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>\u00abBonjour,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>Je vous demande de bien vouloir me faire parvenir le d\u00e9compte annuel de mon temps de travail pour l\u2018ann\u00e9e 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>J\u2019effectue cette demande dans le cadre de l&rsquo;article D. 3171-13 du code du travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">A toutes fins utiles, je vous pr\u00e9cise que la responsable du domaine Temps de Travail \u00e0 la direction de l\u2019expertise RH, a confirm\u00e9 aux organisations syndicales que le CSRH \u00e9tait dans l\u2019obligation de donner une suite favorable \u00e0 cette demande.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><strong>Cordialement&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">Pr\u00e9cisons que, si n\u00e9cessaire, cette demande peut \u00eatre aussi faite pour les ann\u00e9es ant\u00e9rieures 2009\/2010\/2011\/2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;
