La Direction continue de refuser la mise en place d&rsquo;un plan d&rsquo;accompagnement des mobilit&eacute;s forc&eacute;es et organise une pression inacceptable sur le personnel pour les inciter &agrave; quitter l&rsquo;entreprise.\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t<strong>La CFE-CGC\/UNSA a fait valoir son droit d&rsquo;opposition &agrave; cet ind&eacute;cent accord GPEC. Il est rare, donc, et d&rsquo;autant plus &agrave; souligner, qu&rsquo;une entreprise du CAC 40 se retrouve ainsi sans accord GPEC. <\/strong>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t<strong>La CFE-CGC\/UNSA exige l&rsquo;ouverture de r&eacute;elles n&eacute;gociations pour permettre aux 40 000 salari&eacute;s concern&eacute;s par les r&eacute;organisations de poursuivre leur carri&egrave;re dans la s&eacute;r&eacute;nit&eacute;. <\/strong>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En 2005, la seule (!)
