{"id":6029,"date":"2015-01-30T12:42:53","date_gmt":"2015-01-30T12:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=6029"},"modified":"2015-01-30T12:42:53","modified_gmt":"2015-01-30T12:42:53","slug":"le-recrutement-des-alternants-chez-orange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2015\/01\/30\/le-recrutement-des-alternants-chez-orange\/","title":{"rendered":"le recrutement des alternants chez ORANGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Le recrutement des alternants chez ORANGE<\/h1>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.4pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">Lundi 26 janvier matin, St\u00e9phane Richard a re\u00e7u les OS repr\u00e9sentatives pour faire un point sur le domaine de l&rsquo;&nbsp;emploi du Groupe Orange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.4pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">A cette occasion, M Mettling nous a donn\u00e9 les infos suivantes&nbsp;:<br \/>Les 6000 alternants pr\u00e9sents n\u00e9cessitent\/correspondent \u00e0 <strong>3300<\/strong> arriv\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e.<br \/>Sur ces 3300, 85% des alternants r\u00e9ussissent le dipl\u00f4me pr\u00e9par\u00e9, soit 2805 alternants.<br \/>Parmi ces 85%, 40% d\u2019entr\u2019eux continuent les \u00e9tudes, soit 2805*0,6= <strong>1683<\/strong> alternants.<br \/>Donc 1683 alternants seraient potentiellement int\u00e9ress\u00e9s in-fine par une proposition d\u2019emploi CDI annuellement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.4pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">Par ailleurs, le recrutements en CDI des alternants nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"line-height: 21.6pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; color: black;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 250 alternants recrut\u00e9s en CDI en 2013<\/li>\n<li style=\"line-height: 21.6pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; color: black;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 350 alternants recrut\u00e9s en CDI en 2014<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.4pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><strong>Pour m\u00e9moire<\/strong>, l\u2019engagement de la direction par la signature du contrat interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel du 27 septembre 2013 \u00e9tait de 500 alternants recrut\u00e9s \/ an pour les ann\u00e9es 2013,2014 et 2015. L\u2019engagement au niveau groupe n\u2019a donc pas \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9, loin de l\u00e0&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.4pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><strong>Si le groupe Orange avait respect\u00e9 ses engagement, un alternant sur 3,5 alternants<\/strong> (1683\/500= 3,36 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ) serait embauch\u00e9&nbsp;!
