Pour y parvenir elle a demand&eacute; une expertise en convoquant dans un inter-CHSCT les repr&eacute;sentants du personnel afin qu&rsquo;ils donnent leur avis. <strong>Point important <\/strong>: l&rsquo;expertise a ouvert un dialogue direct entre la direction et les &eacute;quipes: des groupes de salari&eacute;s ont donn&eacute; leur avis sur les objectifs du projet et d&eacute;fini eux-m&ecirc;mes les conditions pour les atteindre. <strong>La Direction en <\/strong>tiendra-t-elle compte ? Salari&eacute;s et repr&eacute;sentants ont &eacute;galement &eacute;voqu&eacute; tous les dysfonctionnements de l&rsquo;organisation actuelle.
