Ces quatre sites ont pour point commun, un restaurant pour les salari&eacute;s.<br \/> D&rsquo;autre part, la lib&eacute;ration du b&acirc;timent Lons le Saunier Regard et la fermeture de huit boutiques (Besan&ccedil;on Ecole Valentin, Chalon place de Beaune, Strasbourg Hautepierre, Cosne sur Loire, Epinal Rualmenil, Paray le Monial, Avallon et Sens Grand Rue)<br \/> En juillet la Direction confirme sa strat&eacute;gie de d&eacute;sertification lors de la pr&eacute;sentation de la GPEC (Gestion Pr&eacute;visionnelle des emplois et comp&eacute;tences).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">T&eacute;l&eacute;charger la gazette <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/La_gazette_du_CE_DOE_juil-aout.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" \/><span class=\"wf_file_text\">La gazette du CE DOE juil-aout.pdf<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ci-dessous, le pronostic malheureusement tr&egrave;s pessimiste que nous en tirons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>La situation fin 2014 de la DOE<\/h3>\n<p>7326 salari&eacute;s sont r&eacute;partis sur plus de 150 sites dans 85 villes des 14 d&eacute;partements administratifs.<\/p>\n<p>La majorit&eacute;, plus de 60%, sont des &laquo;&nbsp;petits&nbsp;&raquo; sites du point de vue de l&rsquo;accord GPEC.<\/p>\n<h3>En 2015, nous constatons l&rsquo;acc&eacute;l&eacute;ration de cette politique<\/h3>\n<p>La concentration des salari&eacute;s sur quelques grandes m&eacute;tropoles amplifie la d&eacute;sertification des zones rurales, d&eacute;j&agrave; durement touch&eacute;es par le ch&ocirc;mage.<\/p>\n<p>Le recrutement n&rsquo;est pas &agrave; la hauteur des d&eacute;parts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<strong>La CFE-CGC revendique :<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un r&eacute;&eacute;quilibrage Paris-Province des activit&eacute;s conforme au rapport de l&rsquo;Inspection G&eacute;n&eacute;rale sur la localisation des effectifs du Groupe en Ile de France et aux attentes des salari&eacute;s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le maintien des points de pr&eacute;sence physique, et pas seulement dans les grands centres, indispensable, tant pour l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;Orange que la facilit&eacute; d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s &agrave; nos offres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une attention particuli&egrave;re et essentielle au volet pr&eacute;vention des Risques Psycho-sociaux au regard d&rsquo;une population extr&ecirc;mement fragilis&eacute;e.
