AEF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Orange va consacrer 16 millions d&rsquo;euros en 2015 &agrave; des primes pour reconna&icirc;tre les efforts d&rsquo;adaptation des salari&eacute;s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le groupe Orange a pr&eacute;vu un budget d&rsquo;environ 16 millions d&rsquo;euros en 2015 (24 millions avec les cotisations patronales) pour financer des primes li&eacute;es aux efforts d&rsquo;adaptation des salari&eacute;s et &agrave; la reconnaissance des &eacute;volutions professionnelles individuelles. 12 % des effectifs (11 000 personnes) en ont b&eacute;n&eacute;fici&eacute; en 2014, dont une majorit&eacute; de non-cadres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La prime s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;ve &agrave; 800 euros bruts minimum et correspond &agrave; au moins 3 % du salaire de base. Parmi les crit&egrave;res d&rsquo;attribution qui figurent dans l&rsquo;accord salarial, sign&eacute; en avril 2015 par FO et la CFDT, figurent la mobilit&eacute; entre fili&egrave;res m&eacute;tiers, la prise de responsabilit&eacute; nouvelle et durable au sein d&rsquo;une m&ecirc;me fili&egrave;re ou encore l&rsquo;acquisition de comp&eacute;tences \u00ab\u00a0techniques ou manag&eacute;riales\u00a0\u00bb pour s&rsquo;adapter &agrave; une nouvelle organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\/&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cette mesure n&rsquo;a pas vocation &agrave; &ecirc;tre r&eacute;p&eacute;t&eacute;e plusieurs ann&eacute;es de suite pour les m&ecirc;mes b&eacute;n&eacute;ficiaires\u00a0\u00bb, pr&eacute;cise l&rsquo;accord salarial sign&eacute; en avril 2015 entre la direction, la CFDT et FO.<\/p>\n<p>ACCUEIL FAVORABLE DES SYNDICATS<br \/><strong>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est plut&ocirc;t une bonne id&eacute;e, m&ecirc;me si dans les faits, les mobilit&eacute;s volontaires sont relativement limit&eacute;es\u00a0\u00bb, estime S&eacute;bastien Crozier, d&eacute;l&eacute;gu&eacute; syndical de la CFE-CGC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Christophe Visse (CFDT), \u00ab\u00a0il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une augmentation substantielle bienvenue, car les salari&eacute;s ont subi beaucoup de r&eacute;organisations li&eacute;es aux d&eacute;parts\u00a0\u00bb.
