{"id":6666,"date":"2016-02-11T11:44:47","date_gmt":"2016-02-11T11:44:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=6666"},"modified":"2016-02-11T11:44:47","modified_gmt":"2016-02-11T11:44:47","slug":"ccues-02-2016-fusion-d-orange-reunion-dans-orange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2016\/02\/11\/ccues-02-2016-fusion-d-orange-reunion-dans-orange\/","title":{"rendered":"CCUES 02\/2016  Fusion d&rsquo;Orange R\u00e9union dans Orange"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Information Consultation sur le projet d\u2019accord de substitution relatif \u00e0 la fusion d\u2019Orange R\u00e9union dans Orange &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rappel :<\/strong> l\u2019accord de substitution a pour objectif d\u2019arr\u00eater pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques qui seront appliqu\u00e9es aux salari\u00e9(e)s d\u2019Orange R\u00e9union SA suite \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration dans Orange SA, compte tenu de leur statut collectif et du statut collectif en vigueur \u00e0 Orange SA.<\/p>\n<p>A la date d\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l\u2019accord de substitution, les dispositions applicables r\u00e9sulteront :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>de la Convention Collective Nationale des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications (CCNT) ;<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019ensemble des accords collectifs conclus au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Orange SA et plus largement au sein du Groupe Orange ;<\/li>\n<li>des dispositions issues du pr\u00e9sent accord de substitution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, la fusion entra\u00eene de fa\u00e7on automatique la d\u00e9nonciation des accords Orange R\u00e9union SA au 31 octobre 2015.
