{"id":6671,"date":"2016-02-12T15:26:24","date_gmt":"2016-02-12T15:26:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=6671"},"modified":"2016-02-12T15:26:24","modified_gmt":"2016-02-12T15:26:24","slug":"delivery-une-negociation-satisfaisante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2016\/02\/12\/delivery-une-negociation-satisfaisante\/","title":{"rendered":"Delivery : une n\u00e9gociation satisfaisante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Une n&eacute;gociation initi&eacute;e par la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suite &agrave; la demande de la CFE-CGC dans le cadre&nbsp;de la r&eacute;-organisation&nbsp;&laquo; Delivery &raquo;, la Direction non d&eacute;sireuse de n&eacute;gocier quoi que ce soit a finalement c&eacute;d&eacute;.<br \/>Au cours des mois pr&eacute;c&eacute;dents, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; vous, nous avons pu lister les points essentiels &agrave; n&eacute;gocier afin que les d&eacute;sagr&eacute;ments subis soient pris en compte.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>La Direction a jou&eacute; le jeu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour une fois, la CFE-CGC a enfin eu le sentiment d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre &eacute;cout&eacute;e afin que l&rsquo;implication des salari&eacute;s soit reconnue. Les premi&egrave;res propositions de la Direction &eacute;taient plus que minimalistes, mais en avan&ccedil;ant dans cette n&eacute;gociation, un dialogue a pu se construire.<br \/>Les propositions de la Direction :<br \/>&#8211; Salari&eacute;s concern&eacute;s par&nbsp;les n&eacute;gociations&nbsp;: les Pilotes amen&eacute;s &agrave; &eacute;voluer vers un m&eacute;tier de RAC.<br \/>&#8211; Une prime de 300 euros brut pour tous.<br \/>Devant nos propositions, la Direction n&rsquo;a pas eu d&rsquo;autre choix que d&rsquo;ouvrir le dialogue et prendre en compte les diff&eacute;rentes revendications.<\/p>\n<h3>Nous avons obtenu :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L&rsquo;application de cet accord &agrave; TOUS les salari&eacute;s entrant dans le projet Delivery : Pilotes, Soutiens m&eacute;tiers, Superviseurs, managers de proximit&eacute; et tous salari&eacute;s volontaires pour int&eacute;grer les postes ouverts dans le domaine Delivery.<\/li>\n<li>La mise en place d&rsquo;un dispositif d&rsquo;&eacute;volution pour les pilotes<\/li>\n<li>Une prime pour TOUS de 550 euros brut<\/li>\n<li>Les salari&eacute;s dont le m&eacute;tier &eacute;volue de mani&egrave;re significative pourront b&eacute;n&eacute;ficier soit d&rsquo;une promotion (acc&egrave;s &agrave;<\/li>\n<li>Un grade Dbis), soit d&rsquo;une Mesure emploi et comp&eacute;tences (3% minimum).
