Et quid des salari&eacute;s dans cette valse folle ?<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a exerc&eacute; une alerte aupr&egrave;s de la Direction G&eacute;n&eacute;rale de NRS et d&rsquo;OBS et aupr&egrave;s de St&eacute;phane Richard, PDG du Groupe Orange, car la Direction ne fait rien pour retenir les salari&eacute;s d&eacute;missionnaires alors que nous manquons de comp&eacute;tences expertes en s&eacute;curit&eacute;. La Direction, suite &agrave; notre alerte, s&rsquo;est d&eacute;plac&eacute;e en urgence pour discuter avec les 20 personnes d&eacute;missionnaires d&rsquo;Atheos et pour rassurer les salari&eacute;s restants (total OCD 400 personnes) La CFE-CGC demande &agrave; la Direction d&rsquo;&eacute;couter plus les salari&eacute;s d&rsquo;OCD sinon il y aura encore une plus forte acc&eacute;l&eacute;ration de la fuite des cerveaux et de l&rsquo;expertise sur la Cybers&eacute;curit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;La CFE-CGC revendique une vraie strat&eacute;gie pour OCD qui garantisse les emplois sur le long terme, un vrai d&eacute;veloppement sur les activit&eacute;s, et des embauches afin de pouvoir assurer la surcharge actuelle et d&rsquo;avoir la garantie d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre plus autonomes afin de pouvoir vendre les conseils et solutions partout en France mais aussi &agrave; l&rsquo;international.\n<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;La CFE-CGC exigera aussi un plan d&rsquo;accompagnement digne de ce nom pour tous les personnels et un vrai suivi individuel, des formations pour tous et la possibilit&eacute; de pouvoir faire une mobilit&eacute; dans le Groupe Orange.\n<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;La CFE-CGC demande une r&eacute;action rapide de la Direction pour garantir l&rsquo;avenir et la CFE-CGC dit STOP aux lourdeurs d&rsquo;Orange sur OCD qui l&rsquo;emp&ecirc;chent de se d&eacute;velopper comme OCD le souhaite.
