{"id":6777,"date":"2016-03-11T20:28:48","date_gmt":"2016-03-11T20:28:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=6777"},"modified":"2016-03-11T20:28:48","modified_gmt":"2016-03-11T20:28:48","slug":"des-asc-plus-riches-pour-tous-nos-lettres-ouvertes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2016\/03\/11\/des-asc-plus-riches-pour-tous-nos-lettres-ouvertes\/","title":{"rendered":"Des ASC plus riches pour tous  : nos lettres ouvertes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour faire avancer le dossier des Activit&eacute;s Sociales et Culturelles (cf notre tract \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"201603105129\/activites-sociales-et-culturelles\/des-asc-plus-riches-pour-tous.html\">Des ASC plus riches pour tous<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0) dans le souci conjoint de restituer aux personnels d&rsquo;Orange le maximum des contributions employeurs aux ASC, et de respecter le droit, deux lettres ouvertes ont &eacute;t&eacute; diffus&eacute;es cette semaine :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une lettre ouverte &agrave; l&rsquo;ensemble des Secr&eacute;taires de CE de l&rsquo;UES Orange, diffus&eacute;e par le Pr&eacute;sident de la CFE-CGC Orange au nom de l&rsquo;ensemble des &eacute;lus CE de la CFE-CGC Orange, qui ont &eacute;videmment &eacute;t&eacute; consult&eacute;s pour &eacute;laborer ce courrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nos &eacute;lus CE proposent &agrave; l&rsquo;ensemble des Secr&eacute;taires de CE de l&rsquo;UES Orange de travailler &agrave; la mise en place d&rsquo;un inter-CE<\/strong> (au sens du Code du Travail), permettant de mutualiser la gestion des ASC. Une gestion centralis&eacute;e permettra en effet une redistribution plus favorable aux personnels les moins bien r&eacute;mun&eacute;r&eacute;s, notamment dans les DO. Ils toucheront ainsi davantage que ce qu&rsquo;ils pourraient attendre d&rsquo;une simple r&eacute;partition des subventions au prorata des effectifs CE par CE.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Lettre_ouverte_aux_secretaires_des_CE__repartition_des_ASC_mars2016_consolidation_def.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;\" \/><span class=\"wf_file_text\">Lettre ouverte aux secr&eacute;taires des CE  repartition des ASC mars2016.pdf<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une lettre ouverte du Secr&eacute;taire du CE de SCE, adress&eacute;e &agrave; l&rsquo;ensemble des Secr&eacute;taires de CE de l&rsquo;UES Orange et &agrave; la Direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ce courrier est plus sp&eacute;cialement focalis&eacute; sur la reprise de la restauration par le CE de SCE<\/strong>, objet du litige qui oppose ce CE &agrave; la Direction d&rsquo;Orange depuis 2007&#8230; et qui d&eacute;bouche aujourd&rsquo;hui sur d&rsquo;&eacute;tonnantes d&eacute;cisions unilat&eacute;rales de la Direction. Il rappelle l&rsquo;historique du dossier, les demandes pr&eacute;cises du CE de SCE, et ses propositions pour&nbsp; une sortie de conflit.
