Il s\u2019agit de deux objectifs contraires, comme par exemple :<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table style=\"width: 282px; border-collapse: collapse; text-align: right;\" border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 6.75pt 13.5pt;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #202020; text-align: justify;\">le manager a pour objectif d\u2019augmenter la satisfaction client<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #202020; text-align: justify;\">le manager a \u00e9galement pour objectif de faire appliquer les r\u00e8gles OAB<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #202020; text-align: justify;\">le client souhaite que le salari\u00e9 travaille 39h<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #202020; text-align: justify;\">le manager doit alors annoncer au client que l\u2019horaire collectif OAB est de 37h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Direction souhaite miser sur \u201cl\u2019intelligence collective\u201d pour que tout se d\u00e9roule bien mais nous restons perplexes.<br \/> Si le salari\u00e9 estime que \u00e7a ne fonctionne pas correctement, il doit bien s\u00fbr le remonter \u00e0 son manager, mais il peut \u00e9galement solliciter les ressources humaines et\/ou les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC.<br \/> &nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;
