Les indicateurs pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s par la Direction concernent les promotions et la r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration sur l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e 2015. <br \/>Les indicateurs devraient permettre de mesurer l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; des plans d&rsquo;actions mis en place par la Direction. Malheureusement, ils nous sont fournis &laquo; bruts &raquo; c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire <strong>sans lien avec les objectifs de l&rsquo;accord<\/strong>, ni les plans d&rsquo;action. Il est donc <strong>impossible de&nbsp;mesurer l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute;<\/strong> des moyens mis en &oelig;uvre. Les commentaires surr&eacute;alistes qui accompagnent les indicateurs ne font que redire ce que montrent d&eacute;j&agrave;&nbsp;les chiffres, et ne s&eacute;lectionnent que ceux qui sont les plus &laquo; positifs &raquo; aux yeux de la Direction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><strong>En conclusion<\/strong> : <strong>pas d&rsquo;&eacute;volution positive majeure<\/strong> sur les 3 derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es car les structures de l&rsquo;emploi restent fondamentalement les m&ecirc;mes &agrave; Orange. <strong>Pire<\/strong>, la f&eacute;minisation des recrutements est en berne car seul le domaine technique recrute et dans des fili&egrave;res tr&egrave;s masculines&nbsp;; le budget de correction des &eacute;carts de r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration est opaque et insuffisant, les promotions sont laborieuses car elles sont toujours biais&eacute;es par les st&eacute;r&eacute;otypes sexistes.
