{"id":6899,"date":"2016-05-10T08:15:39","date_gmt":"2016-05-10T08:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=6899"},"modified":"2016-05-10T08:15:39","modified_gmt":"2016-05-10T08:15:39","slug":"le-projet-d-accord-sur-la-transformation-numerique-au-point-mort-afp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2016\/05\/10\/le-projet-d-accord-sur-la-transformation-numerique-au-point-mort-afp\/","title":{"rendered":"Le projet d&rsquo;accord sur la transformation num\u00e9rique au point mort &#8211; AFP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"acc&egrave;s &agrave; l'article\" href=\"http:\/\/lentreprise.lexpress.fr\/actualites\/1\/actualites\/orange-le-projet-d-accord-sur-la-transformation-numerique-au-point-mort_1790304.html\">acc&egrave;s &agrave; l&rsquo;article<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Paris, 9 mai 2016 &#8211; Un projet d&rsquo;accord sur la transformation num&eacute;rique en n&eacute;gociation depuis pr&egrave;s d&rsquo;un an au sein d&rsquo;Orange, est au point mort apr&egrave;s son rejet par trois organisations syndicales repr&eacute;sentatives, CGT, SUD <strong>et la CFE-CGC, qui ont exerc&eacute; leur droit d&rsquo;opposition<\/strong>, a-t-on appris lundi de sources concordantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\/&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le projet d&rsquo;accord, qui vise &agrave; donner un cadre juridique, et notamment une protection et un accompagnement des salari&eacute;s adapt&eacute;s aux transformations num&eacute;riques, &eacute;tait n&eacute;goci&eacute; depuis juillet 2015 et soumis &agrave; signature jusqu&rsquo;au 2 mai.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orange, qui se pr&eacute;sente comme le premier employeur num&eacute;rique fran&ccedil;ais, esp&eacute;rait &ecirc;tre la premi&egrave;re entreprise &agrave; mettre en oeuvre un tel accord<\/strong>.
