Un projet d’accord sur la transformation numérique en négociation depuis près d’un an au sein d’Orange, est au point mort après son rejet par trois organisations syndicales représentatives, CGT, SUD et la CFE-CGC, qui ont exercé leur droit d’opposition, a-t-on appris aujourd’hui de sources concordantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0A la demande de plusieurs organisations syndicales, Orange retourne en négociation afin d’améliorer le projet d’accord\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqué, sans plus de précision, la direction, interrogée par l’AFP.<\/p>\n

Orange, qui se présente comme le premier employeur numérique français, espérait être la première entreprise à mettre en oeuvre un tel accord. Son DRH, Bruno Mettling, est l’auteur d’un rapport sur le sujet remis au gouvernement en septembre 2015, préconisant notamment un droit à la déconnexion, assorti d’un devoir de déconnexion, dont s’inspire le projet de loi Travail.<\/p>\n
