&nbsp;<br \/>La CFE-CGC salue le retour &agrave; une certain &eacute;quilibre, mais rappelle que l&rsquo;embellie demeure fragile tant que le march&eacute; n&rsquo;est pas consolid&eacute; ou stabilis&eacute;, si tant est qu&rsquo;il le soit un jour&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"201609015348\/ccues-orange\/ccues-08\/2016-strategie-d-orange-business-services.html\">Strat&eacute;gie d&rsquo;Orange Business Services<\/a><\/strong><br \/>Malgr&eacute; le satisfecit de la Direction sur ce deuxi&egrave;me trimestre de croissance des revenus, la CFE-CGC reste dubitative quant &agrave; l&rsquo;essor des activit&eacute;s d&rsquo;OBS, tout en esp&eacute;rant, bien s&ucirc;r, &ecirc;tre tr&egrave;s vite d&eacute;tromp&eacute;e !&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"201609015351\/ccues-orange\/ccues-08\/2016-bilan-heures-supplementaires\/complementaires-et-temps-partiel.html\">&laquo; Heures suppl&eacute;mentaires &raquo; et &laquo; temps partiel &raquo; ann&eacute;e 2015<\/a><\/strong><br \/>Ce bilan 2015 montre, cette ann&eacute;e encore, une baisse du nombre de nos coll&egrave;gues qui travaillent &agrave; temps partiel, hors dispositif senior.Il nous para&icirc;t n&eacute;cessaire de le compl&eacute;ter ce bilan par une &eacute;tude sur les motifs qui conduisent nos coll&egrave;gues &agrave; renoncer ou &agrave; modifier leur temps partiel.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/><a href=\"201609015352\/ccues-orange\/ccues-08\/2016-utilisation-du-cice.html\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"201609015352\/ccues-orange\/ccues-08\/2016-utilisation-du-cice.html\">Cr&eacute;dit d&rsquo;imp&ocirc;t pour la comp&eacute;titivit&eacute; et l&rsquo;emploi<\/a><\/strong><br \/>La CFE-CGC continue de regretter que ce cadeau fiscal, attribu&eacute; sans contrepartie sur l&rsquo;emploi, constitue un effet d&rsquo;aubaine de tr&eacute;sorerie plus qu&rsquo;un inverseur de courbe.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"201609015353\/ccues-orange\/ccues-08\/2016-bilan-annuel-2015-1-logement.html\">Bilan Annuel 2015 Action Logement au sein de l&rsquo;UES (1% logement)<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>Les &eacute;lus CFE-CGC saluent la qualit&eacute; du travail et l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;offre faite aux salari&eacute;s Orange par la Direction Logement, mais continuent de consid&eacute;rer qu&rsquo;une entreprise comme Orange doit pouvoir \u00ab\u00a0faire plus pour loger plus et mieux\u00a0\u00bb, ses salari&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CR_CCUES_08_2016_copie.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px;
