Par ailleurs, l&rsquo;organisation en &laquo;&nbsp;silos&nbsp;&raquo; se maintient et ne favorise pas les coop&eacute;rations entre les services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-7126\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique3.png\" alt=\"LCA T32016 graphique3\" width=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique3.png 993w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique3-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique3-768x370.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Alors que la strat&eacute;gie de la Direction est de &laquo;&nbsp;<em>faire vivre &agrave; ses clients une exp&eacute;rience incomparable<\/em>&nbsp;&raquo;, les personnels qui sont en contact avec eux (AD, AE, PRO-PME, SCO et UAT) sont confront&eacute;s aux difficult&eacute;s maximales, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse du manque d&rsquo;effectifs, et donc du manque de temps pour &laquo;&nbsp;bien&nbsp; faire son travail&nbsp;&raquo;, de la complexit&eacute; croissante des t&acirc;ches&hellip; mais aussi des conflits de valeur.
