Mais l&rsquo;enqu&ecirc;te &laquo;&nbsp;stress&nbsp;&raquo; confirme le constat fait en 2012&nbsp;: les personnels ont le sentiment de disposer de terminaux adapt&eacute;s, mais le syst&egrave;me informatique en place continue de ralentir leur travail. Cette situation s&rsquo;observe surtout dans les AD, les SCO, les PRO-PME, les AE et les UAT.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles questions concernant la &laquo;&nbsp;digitalisation&nbsp;&raquo; de l&rsquo;entreprise, introduites dans le questionnaire 2016, confirment que la num&eacute;risation impacte les conditions de travail et en transforme le contenu. Elle g&eacute;n&egrave;re &eacute;galement de l&rsquo;inqui&eacute;tude pour le personnel. Elle&nbsp;&laquo;&nbsp;<em>va permettre de tout savoir sur mon travail<\/em>&nbsp;&raquo; d&eacute;clare un tiers des salari&eacute;s ayant un niveau bac + 5 et au-del&agrave;, et 60% des salari&eacute;s ayant une exp&eacute;rience professionnelle de 10 ans et plus.
