Les salari&eacute;s ont donc besoin de marges de man&oelig;uvre leur permettant de prendre des risques et d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre cr&eacute;atifs.<\/p>\n<p>Or, 59% des salari&eacute;s des AD d&eacute;clarent que leur travail fait l&rsquo;objet de contr&ocirc;les r&eacute;p&eacute;titifs. Ce taux est de 52% dans les UAT, 45% dans les Agences PRO-PME et 44% &agrave; SCO. De m&ecirc;me, 44% des personnels des UAT d&eacute;clarent avoir tr&egrave;s peu de libert&eacute; pour d&eacute;cider comment faire leur travail. Ce taux atteint 43% dans les AD. Le niveau de contr&ocirc;le est de toute &eacute;vidence excessif.<\/p>\n<p>On observe par ailleurs une d&eacute;gradation du niveau de cr&eacute;ativit&eacute; requis sur les positions de travail (&eacute;volution de -5 &agrave; -11 de 2012 &agrave; 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Paradoxalement, les personnels d&rsquo;Orange doivent &agrave; la fois faire face &agrave; un travail r&eacute;p&eacute;titif, et g&eacute;rer une activit&eacute; demandant de plus en plus de comp&eacute;tences, ce qui leur fait craindre en permanence de ne pas &ecirc;tre &agrave; la hauteur du travail demand&eacute;.
