Selon certains auteurs (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ladocumentationfrancaise.fr\/var\/storage\/rapports-publics\/054000730.pdf\">C. Dejours, dans un rapport de 2005<\/a>), son aggravation trouve notamment son origine dans l&rsquo;organisation du travail. L&rsquo;analyse r&eacute;v&egrave;le que les violences au travail surviennent toujours en phase de surcharge.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Orange, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telecoms-media-pouvoir.net\/index.php\/nos-analyses\/les-operateurs-telecoms-en-5-graphiques-actualisation-avec-les-donnees-2015\/\">r&eacute;duction r&eacute;guli&egrave;re des effectifs<\/a> (pr&egrave;s de 8&nbsp;000 postes supprim&eacute;s pour le Groupe entre 2012 et 2016, + de 50&nbsp;000 depuis la lib&eacute;ralisation du march&eacute; en 1998) s&rsquo;est traduite par une r&eacute;organisation du travail qui a, &eacute;videmment, entrain&eacute; une charge de travail plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e pour ceux qui sont rest&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui d&eacute;clarent subir des propos violents sont plus nombreuses dans les AD (64%), les UAT (59%), &agrave; SCO, dans les Agences PRO-PME. On constate que pr&egrave;s d&rsquo;un salari&eacute; sur deux en contact avec la client&egrave;le a subi au moins une fois des violences verbales.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-7134\" alt=\"LCA T32016 graphique6\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique6.png\" height=\"218\" width=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique6.png 372w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/LCA_T32016_graphique6-300x176.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 372px) 100vw, 372px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sur le th&egrave;me du harc&egrave;lement, l&rsquo;enqu&ecirc;te souligne une d&eacute;gradation sur presque tous les th&egrave;mes. Les femmes, les salari&eacute;s d&rsquo;Orange France Si&egrave;ge et des Directions Orange hors m&eacute;tropole se r&eacute;v&egrave;lent les plus impact&eacute;s.
