M&ecirc;me si le manager entend les souhaits d&rsquo;&eacute;volution de ses &eacute;quipes, ils sont rarement exauc&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>Ces r&eacute;sultats sont &agrave; mettre en lien avec le quasi gel des promotions, et l&rsquo;&eacute;miettement des mesures d&rsquo;augmentation salariale, qui les rendent de moins en moins perceptibles et compr&eacute;hensibles pour les personnels (voir <a href=\"201605025201\/remuneration\/negociation-annuelle-sur-les-salaires-un-accord-qui-ridiculise-ceux-qui-l-ont-signe.html\">nos observations sur l&rsquo;accord salarial 2016<\/a>). De fait, 53% des personnels du Groupe consid&egrave;rent comme opaque la mani&egrave;re dont leur r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration est calcul&eacute;e. Et les salari&eacute;s de droit priv&eacute; de 30-40 ans sont les plus insatisfaits.
