Ce ph&eacute;nom&egrave;ne persistant, que SECAFI qualifie de &laquo;&nbsp;tr&egrave;s pr&eacute;occupant&nbsp;&raquo;, entretient un climat d&rsquo;ins&eacute;curit&eacute; qui impacte la sant&eacute; psychologique des personnels.<\/p>\n<p>Les individus sont somm&eacute;s d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre &laquo;&nbsp;agiles&nbsp;&raquo;, la pression &eacute;tant cens&eacute;e favoriser leur soumission au changement permanent.
