Elle souligne &eacute;galement que les objectifs de <a href=\"https:\/\/portailrh.sso.infra.ftgroup\/documents\/10493\/8202670\/UPL9217_accord_Evaluation_et_Prevention_des_RPS_du_06.05.10.pdf\/04e8fcc3-37e9-4706-95c9-c28a4684e8e9\">l&rsquo;accord du 6 mai 2010 sur la pr&eacute;vention du stress<\/a><a href=\"#ftn1\" id=\"ftnref1\" style=\"vertical-align: super;\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> n&rsquo;ont pas &eacute;t&eacute; tenus. Malgr&eacute; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orange.com\/fr\/Presse-et-medias\/communiques-2016\/Deux-enquetes-confirment-une-evolution-positive-du-climat-social-chez-Orange\">la communication de la Direction<\/a>, Orange poursuit une strat&eacute;gie qui privil&eacute;gie les int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts des actionnaires au d&eacute;triment des personnels et de leur sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6pt;\">M&eacute;thodologie et lecture des r&eacute;sultats<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: #f2f2f2 none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><strong>3<sup>&egrave;me<\/sup> enqu&ecirc;te r&eacute;alis&eacute;e aupr&egrave;s de l&rsquo;ensemble des personnels du Groupe Orange en France<\/strong>, via un questionnaire en ligne &ndash; tr&egrave;s proche de celui de 2012 pour permettre des comparaisons &#8211; diffus&eacute; en mars &amp; avril 2016, et qui a recueilli <strong>47&nbsp;000 r&eacute;ponses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: #f2f2f2 none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><strong>L&rsquo;analyse est segment&eacute;e selon 14 activit&eacute;s<\/strong>&nbsp;: Agence Distribution (AD), Service Client Orange (SCO), Agence Pro et PME (PRO PME), Agence Entreprise (AE), Orange Business Services &ndash; regroupant les personnels de SCE et des filiales Equant et NRS &ndash; (OBS), Unit&eacute; Assistance Technique (UAT), Unit&eacute; d&rsquo;Intervention (UI), Unit&eacute; de Production R&eacute;seau (UPR), Direction Technique et du Syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;Information hors UPR (DTSI), Innovation, Marketing Technologie et Wholesale (IMTW), Orange France Si&egrave;ge (OFS), Fonctions support et finances ( FS&amp;Fin), Moyens propres des DO (MP-DO), DR hors m&eacute;tropole (DR-hM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: #f2f2f2 none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><strong>Les &laquo;&nbsp;scores<\/strong>&nbsp;&raquo;
