Toutefois, certains syndicats s&rsquo;inqui&egrave;tent de cons&eacute;quences n&eacute;fastes pour les salari&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, chez la CFE-CGC, la grogne est palpable. Dans un communiqu&eacute; de trois pages, l&rsquo;organisation syndicale n&rsquo;y va pas par quatre chemins : pour elle, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;&laquo; un accord indigne de la premi&egrave;re entreprise &lsquo;digitale&rsquo; de France &raquo;.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo;&nbsp;Malheureusement, le texte n&rsquo;a &eacute;t&eacute; que tr&egrave;s peu modifi&eacute;, s&rsquo;alarment ses repr&eacute;sentants. Il ne corrige en rien les dispositions qui mettent les personnels en danger, et en ajoute au contraire de nouvelles, de nature &agrave; faciliter les licenciements pour &lsquo;insuffisance professionnelle&rsquo; sur la base d&rsquo;arguments sp&eacute;cieux.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p>\n<h3>Quid des gains de productivit&eacute;&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p>Globalement, l&rsquo;organisation s&rsquo;inqui&egrave;te d&rsquo;une politique de num&eacute;risation &agrave; tout-va.
