Mais ne d&eacute;finit pas les nouveaux droits et devoirs des salari&eacute;s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier accord digital de la plus grande entreprise &laquo; num&eacute;rique &raquo; fran&ccedil;aise &eacute;tait attendu &agrave; plusieurs titres. En initiant cette n&eacute;gociation, le pr&eacute;c&eacute;dent DRH d&rsquo;Orange, Bruno Mettling &#8211; auteur du rapport minist&eacute;riel sur la transformation num&eacute;rique -, avait plac&eacute; la barre assez haut. L&rsquo;inventeur du &laquo; devoir de d&eacute;connexion &raquo; laissait esp&eacute;rer que, sur ces sujets, Orange avancerait des r&eacute;ponses. Les syndicats CFE-CGC, CGT et SUD avaient &agrave; leur tour braqu&eacute; la lumi&egrave;re sur les coulisses de ces n&eacute;gociations, en exer&ccedil;ant leur droit d&rsquo;opposition &agrave; la premi&egrave;re mouture. Enfin, l&rsquo;accord, sign&eacute; le mois dernier par la CFDT, la CGT et FO aborde tant de probl&eacute;matiques neuves qu&rsquo;il pourrait bien faire jurisprudence, m&ecirc;me si sa lecture d&eacute;montre que les r&egrave;gles de l&rsquo;entreprise num&eacute;rique restent &agrave; inventer. &laquo; L&rsquo;accord, effectivement, ne raconte pas la fin de l&rsquo;histoire.
