{"id":7346,"date":"2016-12-14T11:30:09","date_gmt":"2016-12-14T11:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=7346"},"modified":"2016-12-14T11:30:09","modified_gmt":"2016-12-14T11:30:09","slug":"ccues-12-2016-sommaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2016\/12\/14\/ccues-12-2016-sommaire\/","title":{"rendered":"CCUES 12\/2016 : sommaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>A l&rsquo;ordre du jour du CCUES des 13 et 14 d\u00e9cembre<\/h2>\n<h3><a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&#038;view=article&#038;id=5499;ccues-12-2016-orientations-du-domaine-d-intervention&#038;catid=50;ui-unite-dintervention&#038;Itemid=249\">Information sur les principales r\u00e9alisations 2016 et les orientations majeures 2017 du Domaine Intervention<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sur ce dossier, la CFE-CGC demande&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>la revalorisation du m\u00e9tier de Charg\u00e9(e) d\u2019Affaires en UI, qui doit \u00eatre positionn\u00e9 d\u2019urgence en D et Dbis<\/li>\n<li>un effort d\u2019embauche pour tout le \u00ab Back Office \u00bb (Conduite d\u2019activit\u00e9s, Pilotage, GTC)<\/li>\n<li>les embauches n\u00e9cessaires pour augmenter le taux de d\u00e9ploiement de la fibre par des \u00e9quipes Orange\u2026 afin de pr\u00e9server nos comp\u00e9tences et offrir r\u00e9ellement une <br \/> \u00ab exp\u00e9rience incomparable \u00bb \u00e0 nos clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&#038;view=article&#038;id=5500;ccues-12-2016-rapport-trimestriel-evolution-de-l-emploi-et-des-competences-fin-septembre-2016&#038;catid=91;emploi-et-metiers&#038;Itemid=233\">Information sur le rapport trimestriel : \u00e9volution de l\u2019emploi et des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 fin septembre 2016.<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Un fait marquant&nbsp;: le passage de 24 \u00e0 27 % du poids de la Force Au Travail externe (29 208 Equivalents Temps Plein contre 25 889 \u00e0 fin 2015), et \u00e0 noter, la proportion de la baisse de ces ETP sup\u00e9rieure en Province\u2026<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&#038;view=article&#038;id=5501;ccues-12-2016-transformation-digitale-du-groupe&#038;catid=89;numerique&#038;Itemid=238\">Information sur la transformation digitale du groupe.<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange n\u2019a pas adh\u00e9r\u00e9 au texte d\u2019un accord qui consid\u00e8re que d\u00e9j\u00e0 les jeux sont faits, et qui renvoie chaque salari\u00e9 \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s et \u00e0 ses risques\u2026 sans indiquer clairement quelles sont les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es, les buts poursuivis, les limites d\u2019usage, et les \u00e9ventuelles sanctions encourues.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&#038;view=article&#038;id=5502;ccues-12-2016-plan-de-formation-2017&#038;catid=92;formation-professionnelle&#038;Itemid=234\">Information Consultation sur le projet de plan de formation 2017 de l\u2019UES Orange<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>La CFE-CGC rappelle que dans un contexte tendu, les objectifs de l\u2019entreprise, pour l\u00e9gitimes qu\u2019ils soient, exercent quotidiennement une pression forte sur des salari\u00e9s qui vivent ou ressentent intens\u00e9ment les changements organisationnels de l\u2019entreprise, et consid\u00e8re que l\u2019effort de formation consenti devrait \u00eatre, \u00e0 ce titre, nettement plus ambitieux.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CR_CCUES_12_2016.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px;
