Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui touche aussi le secteur de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie et d&rsquo;Internet, comme l&rsquo;a constat\u00e9 RMC.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>En moyenne, selon elle, il y a un client agressif par jour dans chaque boutique de son op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. \u00ab\u00a0Pour eux c&rsquo;est un d\u00fb. Malheureusement, (la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie) c&rsquo;est comme une voiture, \u00e7a peut tomber en panne, et \u00e7a ils ne le comprennent pas\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;accroissement des parcours digitaux cr\u00e9\u00e9 des tensions\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>Pourquoi cette agressivit\u00e9? Pour S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC chez Orange, c&rsquo;est notamment la cons\u00e9quence du d\u00e9veloppement des relations clients \u00e0 distance. \u00ab\u00a0Cet accroissement des parcours digitaux n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la population et les clients qui ne trouvent pas de r\u00e9ponse, lorsqu&rsquo;ils se retrouvent en contact physique, d\u00e9veloppent une agressivit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne commun \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des secteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie.
