C\u2019est ce qui ressort de la table ronde \u00ab Leader et apr\u00e8s ?<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>En entreprise, certains responsables syndicaux adoptent une organisation permettant de d\u00e9velopper les talents des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019explique Jean-Paul Vouiller, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 syndical national (CFTC) Hewlett-Packard Enterprise : \u00ab Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une liste de 50 comp\u00e9tences que les \u00e9lus rejoignent selon leurs app\u00e9tences. Ainsi, nous cr\u00e9ons de v\u00e9ritables r\u00e9seaux de sp\u00e9cialistes. Cela repr\u00e9sente une v\u00e9ritable valeur ajout\u00e9e pour nous, et permet de faire monter les gens en comp\u00e9tences \u00bb, dit-il.
