Malgr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats 2015 en nette am\u00e9lioration, l\u2019int\u00e9res-sement vers\u00e9 en 2016 \u00e9tait en chute libre. <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/LEA_T12016_Special_Interessement-Participation_Vdef2.pdf\">Face \u00e0 la bronca g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/a>, le PDG avait d\u00fb faire valider un int\u00e9ressement exceptionnel par le CA d\u2019Orange, afin de limiter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. <\/p>\n<p> Les r\u00e9sultats 2016 seront probablement meilleurs que ceux de 2015. En parall\u00e8le, lors de la n\u00e9gociation annuelle des objectifs \u00e0 atteindre pour d\u00e9clencher l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, la CFE-CGC Orange a revendiqu\u00e9 des formules plus favorables aux personnels. pros, et de l\u2019indice de loyaut\u00e9 clients grands comptes et entreprises) <br \/> <i>=&gt; neutralisation de l\u2019indice de loyaut\u00e9 des clients Entreprise concern\u00e9s par l\u2019incident VOIP national survenu en 2016<\/i><\/p>\n<p> La masse d\u2019int\u00e9ressement est constitu\u00e9e en pourcentage de la masse salariale (salaires bruts, primes incluses), en fonction du taux d\u2019atteinte des objectifs d\u00e9finis par l\u2019accord. Chez Orange SA, elle est au maximum de 5%, si les objectifs annuels sont d\u00e9pass\u00e9s (<i>voir tableau ci-dessus<\/i>), puis r\u00e9partie proportionnellement \u00e0 3 crit\u00e8res&nbsp;: dur\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sence pour 50%, salaire pour 30%, et \u00ab&nbsp;dur\u00e9e d\u2019appartenance&nbsp;\u00bb (qui neutralise les absences, d\u00e9favorisant ceux qui cr\u00e9ent la richesse, ce que nous avons vivement critiqu\u00e9) pour 20%.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectifs relev\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019un des principaux griefs de la CFE-CGC Orange \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019accord&nbsp;2015-2017 : pour atteindre l\u2019enveloppe maximale d\u2019int\u00e9ressement, il fallait d\u00e9passer l\u2019objectif non plus de 5%, mais de 10%&#8230; alors que le contexte concurrentiel reste extr\u00eamement difficile, et que la d\u00e9crue massive des effectifs<a href=\"#ftn1\" id=\"ftnref1\" style=\"vertical-align: super;\">[1]<\/a> oblige ceux qui restent \u00e0 faire toujours plus pour redresser le chiffre d\u2019affaires, la marge, d\u00e9velopper la qualit\u00e9 du service client, et bient\u00f4t lancer Orange Bank. Une \u00e9quation insoutenable, math\u00e9matiquement et humainement parlant.<\/p>\n<p> Lors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/portailrh.sso.infra.ftgroup\/avenant-2016-a-l-accord-d-interessement-orange-sa-des-avancees\">n\u00e9gociation de l\u2019avenant de juin 2016<\/a>, <b>la CFE-CGC a revendiqu\u00e9 et obtenu, de revenir au seuil de 105% des objectifs pour d\u00e9clencher l\u2019int\u00e9ressement maximal.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Limiter la casse<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons aussi demand\u00e9 qu\u2019il soit tenu compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur lesquels la majeure partie du personnel n\u2019a aucun levier&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fin de l\u2019itin\u00e9rance impos\u00e9e par Bruxelles avec la perte des revenus du roaming associ\u00e9s, qui affecte directement le chiffre d\u2019affaires&nbsp;: la Direction a fait la sourde oreille&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>potentielle hausse des investissements au-del\u00e0 du pr\u00e9visionnel&nbsp;: la Direction a accept\u00e9 de ne prendre en compte, au maximum, que les investissements pr\u00e9vus au budget initial&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>grave incident sur les plateformes de VOIP pro, qui a impact\u00e9 l\u2019indice de loyaut\u00e9 des entreprises&nbsp;: la Direction a accept\u00e9 de neutraliser l\u2019indicateur sur les entreprises concern\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bonnes perspectives pour les r\u00e9sultats 2016\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orange.com\/fr\/content\/download\/39186\/1251688\/version\/4\/file\/Q3%202016%20presentation%20FR%20sans%20script-%20vdef.pdf\">pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats du T3 2016<\/a> (<i>pages 11 \u00e0 13<\/i>) montre l\u2019am\u00e9lioration sensible des performances d\u2019Orange sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016&nbsp;: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 381&nbsp;000 clients mobiles (+2,8% par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2015), avec un taux de r\u00e9siliation qui continue de baisser, d\u00e9montrant concr\u00e8tement la satisfaction clients&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>+ 351&nbsp;000 clients FTTH (+4,02% de clients fixes par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2015)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>hausse du CA moyen par client (ARPU) sur le fixe, compensant quasiment les baisses de CA sur le mobile, qui se poursuivent sous l\u2019effet toujours actif de l\u2019introduction du 4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> op\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La hausse des investissements (CAPEX), constat\u00e9e d\u00e8s la fin du T2, et leur acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration en France au T3 (+ 5,3% par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode sur 2015, essentiellement sur le d\u00e9ploiement du tr\u00e8s haut d\u00e9bit fixe), montre que nous avons eu raison de demander une prise en compte des CAPEX limit\u00e9e aux pr\u00e9visions budg\u00e9taires initiales.<\/p>\n<h3>\u2026mais pas pour l\u2019int\u00e9ressement&nbsp;!<\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces performances, qualifi\u00e9es de \u00ab&nbsp;solides&nbsp;\u00bb par la Direction financi\u00e8re, l\u2019int\u00e9ressement d\u00e9cevra de nouveau. Les pr\u00e9visions de r\u00e9sultats annuels pour 2016 d\u00e9terminent une masse d\u2019int\u00e9ressement \u00e0 4,30% de la masse salariale, contre 5% (209 M\u20ac) pour 2014 et 4,11% (175 M\u20ac, auxquels se sont ajout\u00e9s 34&nbsp;M\u20ac d\u2019int\u00e9ressement exceptionnel) pour 2015, soit une baisse moyenne proche de 12,5% par rapport au montant (int\u00e9ressement + int\u00e9ressement exceptionnel) touch\u00e9 par chacun au titre de l\u2019exercice 2015.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-top: 6pt;\">Travailler plus pour gagner moins&nbsp;: c\u2019est toujours non&nbsp;!<\/h3>\n<p>La CFE-CGC revendique un nouveau compl\u00e9ment d\u2019int\u00e9ressement au titre de l\u2019exercice 2016, et une nouvelle r\u00e9vision des formules d\u2019int\u00e9ressement pour l\u2019exercice 2017, pour que l\u2019effort des personnels soit justement r\u00e9compens\u00e9.
