Dans une lettre transmise \u00e0 la direction des ressources humaines du groupe,<strong> le syndicat CFE CGC r\u00e9clame une hausse des forfaits 4G mis \u00e0 la disposition des collaborateurs<\/strong>. Et ce n\u2019est pas un simple caprice : comme l\u2019expliquent les auteurs du courrier, Orange a mis en place un programme \u00ab Tous en 4G \u00bb visant \u00e0 \u00e9quiper l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de smartphones et de forfaits compatibles 4G. Pour accompagner ce grand \u00e9lan vers la mobilit\u00e9, Orange a en effet multipli\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019applications m\u00e9tier et incitent les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9der aux ressources internes et \u00e0 l\u2019intranet de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 via les terminaux 4G fournis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\/&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat demande donc un forfait t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique rehauss\u00e9 \u00e0 10 puis 20 Go pour les employ\u00e9s de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur, ainsi qu\u2019un acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9seau depuis d\u2019autres pays europ\u00e9ens sur leurs t\u00e9l\u00e9phones professionnels.<strong> La CFE CGC rappelle les ambitions de St\u00e9phane Richard sur la 4G<\/strong> et se dit persuad\u00e9 \u00ab qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9ponse favorable \u00e0 nos demandes contribue \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;ambition de faire d&rsquo;Orange une entreprise digitale et humaine. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CFE CGC n\u2019est pourtant pas un syndicat majoritaire au sein d\u2019Orange<\/strong> (il n&rsquo;est que le quatri\u00e8me, derri\u00e8re la CFDT, la CGT et SUD), mais fait partie des repr\u00e9sentants les plus actifs dans les m\u00e9dias. Le syndicat s\u2019est notamment fait conna\u00eetre pour ses nombreuses proc\u00e9dures judiciaires visant la direction, avec un succ\u00e8s parfois mitig\u00e9.
