Bons baisers de MONACO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Depuis 6 mois une rumeur \u00ab&nbsp;One Team&nbsp;\u00bb circule&nbsp;avec des informations contradictoires.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><i>La direction rassure tout le monde en disant \u00ab&nbsp;c\u2019est juste un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit&nbsp;\u00bb, Mais DEF organise \u00e0 grands frais une convention \u00e0 Monaco sur le sujet.<\/i><\/div>\n<p> La CFE-CGC a \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec la Direction M\u00e9tier Entreprise DEF lors de deux r\u00e9unions les 27 f\u00e9vrier et 2 mars. A l\u2019occasion de ces rencontres, DEF a clarifi\u00e9 sa position, voici ce que nous en avons retenu&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00ab&nbsp;One Team n&rsquo;est pas un nouveau mod\u00e8le de vente (\u00ab&nbsp;Jamais plus jamais&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;J.Bond 1983), &nbsp;mais un \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit&nbsp;\u00bb, ce n\u2019est pas une r\u00e9-organisation mais un programme avec des projets dedans, il faut que nous gagnions en efficacit\u00e9 pour travailler mieux. Il faut d\u00e9cloisonner nos&nbsp; organisations.
