Si les organisations syndicales ne contestent pas le principe, elles se heurtent \u00e0 de nombreux freins techniques, culturels mais aussi structurels. Rien que pour la maison-m\u00e8re, Orange compte 550 \u00e9tablissements pour les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel et 19 \u00e9tablissements pour les comit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Or, comment constituer des listes \u00ab\u00a0chabada\u00a0\u00bb avec alternativement un homme, une femme, ou une femme, un homme pour chacun d\u2019entre eux&nbsp;alors que les hommes sont surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9tiers techniques et informatiques et que les femmes sont en force dans les fonctions de communication, du juridique, du commercial ou des RH\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Math\u00e9matiquement, nous ne pouvons pas toujours appliquer la loi.
