Du coup la d\u00e9ception fut assez rapide\u2026<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Le budget global est en gros le m\u00eame qu\u2019en 2016 (2,2% au lieu de 2,1%) alors que dans le m\u00eame temps la Direction juge les r\u00e9sultats suffisamment bons pour proposer une augmentation du dividende de 8%.<\/li>\n<li>Le budget moyen est de 1,9% d\u00e9compos\u00e9s en 1% de mesures individuelles et collectives et 0,9% au titre des MEC (mesures emploi et comp\u00e9tences) et promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Les diff\u00e9rentes mesures sp\u00e9cifiques p\u00e8sent pour 0,3% (\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, mesures jeunes, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Les mesures collectives sont reconduites pour les salari\u00e9s de droit priv\u00e9 : 275 euros pour les non cadres et 325 euros pour les cadres.<\/li>\n<li>Les fonctionnaires verront leur CFT revaloris\u00e9 de 60 euros annuels sachant qu\u2019une revalorisation du point d\u2019indice est pr\u00e9vue cette ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Le projet d\u2019accord salarial est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la signature jusqu\u2019au 24 avril&nbsp;; dans le cas ou il ne serait pas sign\u00e9, la Direction prendrait une d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire (NAO) sur les salaires vient de s\u2019achever&nbsp;; Rappelons que la mention \u00ab&nbsp;obligatoire&nbsp;\u00bb signifie que l\u2019employeur a l\u2019obligation d\u2019ouvrir une n\u00e9gociation, pas celle de conclure un accord.
