et conclusions communes des m\u00e9decins sur les r\u00e9organisations, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, la charge de travail, la transformation des m\u00e9tiers, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des impacts humains des projets, le management, la mobilit\u00e9 et le reclassement et l&rsquo;organisation du service sant\u00e9 au travail.<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9volutions l\u00e9gislatives et r\u00e9glementaires et ce qui change chez Orange suite \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la Loi \u00ab Travail \u00bb, entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 1er janvier 2017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Projet d\u2019\u00e9volution de la Direction juridique<\/h3>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">La Direction Juridique Groupe souhaite faire \u00e9voluer son organisation en renfor\u00e7ant le soutien aux activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles banque et services financiers d\u2019Orange et en pr\u00e9sentant une strat\u00e9gie unifi\u00e9e experte vis-\u00e0-vis des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires comp\u00e9tentes.<\/div>\n<h3>Nouvelle organisation du p\u00f4le Filiales au sein du CSPCF<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Une organisation par cycles comptables<\/li>\n<li>Un Manager Relation Filiales (MRF), point d\u2019entr\u00e9e unique des filiales de son portefeuille, avec 3 dimensions, technique, manag\u00e9riale et commerciale<\/li>\n<li>Un collectif pour d\u00e9cloisonner l\u2019organisation et d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9quipes pour davantage de polyvalence<\/li>\n<li>Une nouvelle gouvernance pour favoriser la communication en transverse et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation face aux al\u00e9as<\/li>\n<li>Un collectif pour mutualiser les activit\u00e9s Filiales et Orange SA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Projet \u00ab&nbsp;ISBA&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 la DIG<\/h3>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Le Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information TIPI (<strong>T<\/strong>raitement <strong>I<\/strong>nformatique du <strong>P<\/strong>arc <strong>I<\/strong>mmobilier) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 par phases successives depuis 1998<b>, <\/b>mais \u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019utilisation de TIPI est jug\u00e9e trop complexe, les informations ne sont pas disponibles dans un seul outil, les diff\u00e9rents outils de TIPI n\u2019ont pas la m\u00eame ergonomie et logique de navigation\u2026&nbsp;\u00bb<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des utilisateurs la DSI lance le projet de refonte du syst\u00e8me d\u2019information, nomm\u00e9 ISBA <b>I<\/b>nformation <b>S<\/b>ystem for <b>B<\/b>uilding <b>A<\/b>dministration<\/div>\n<h3>Politique sociale&nbsp;: bilan social, rapport annuel 2016 et pr\u00e9visions 2017<\/h3>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale persistante (-22,8% de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en moyenne pour les femmes), effectifs en baisse continue et remplacements partiels\u2026 \u00ab\u00a0Les fondamentaux de r\u00e9duction des effectifs de FSF se confirment d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e depuis au moins 2013 alors que les recrutements externes sont officiellement non prioritaires pour FSF\u00a0\u00bb<b>&#8230;
