Il apparait en effet que la grille NAO 2007 n\u2019apporte pas tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus aux salari\u00e9s, et que cette grille ne prend pas en compte certains param\u00e8tres qui nous apparaissent comme fondamentaux (prise en compte de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience au lieu de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, prise en compte des niveaux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations du bassin g\u00e9ographique, \u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La direction n\u2019a pas souhait\u00e9 retenir cette proposition.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">La mise en place des parts variables pour l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s.
