Derri\u00e8re les \u00ab&nbsp;bonnes pratiques&nbsp;\u00bb mises en avant par ces groupes, tels McDo ou Decathlon, le quotidien des salari\u00e9s s\u2019en trouve-t-il vraiment am\u00e9lior\u00e9&nbsp;? Souvent faite de sondages et d\u2019\u00e9valuations pay\u00e9s par les entreprises elles-m\u00eames, et command\u00e9s \u00e0 des cabinets de conseil et d\u2019audit, la RSE s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s lucratif, d\u2019abord au service de multinationales cherchant \u00e0 communiquer pour redorer une image \u00e9corn\u00e9e. Progr\u00e8s humain, ou \u00ab&nbsp;social washing&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;? Basta&nbsp;! a men\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<h3>Le cas des \u00ab barom\u00e8tres sociaux \u00bb chez Orange<\/h3>\n<p>France T\u00e9l\u00e9com-Orange fait figure de cas d\u2019\u00e9cole. En septembre 2010, alors que l\u2019ancien op\u00e9rateur public est secou\u00e9 par une vague de suicides sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, la direction annonce le lancement d\u2019un barom\u00e8tre social, publi\u00e9 tous les semestres. Pour des dirigeants critiqu\u00e9s de toutes parts, l\u2019objectif est double&nbsp;: il s\u2019agit de pr\u00e9venir la mont\u00e9e des \u00ab&nbsp;risques psychosociaux&nbsp;\u00bb dans l\u2019entreprise, et de restaurer l\u2019\u00e9pouvantable image du groupe aupr\u00e8s de la population. Depuis sept ans, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur publie ainsi ses barom\u00e8tres chaque semestre, \u00e0 grand renfort d\u2019autopromotion.<\/p>\n<p> Dans l\u2019ensemble, les syndicalistes d\u2019Orange ne contestent pas l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat social depuis la p\u00e9riode noire 2008-2010, mais se montrent beaucoup plus sceptiques quant au barom\u00e8tre lui-m\u00eame. C\u2019est le cas de S\u00e9bastien Crozier (CFE-CGC)&nbsp;: <i>\u00ab&nbsp;Tous ces barom\u00e8tres posent un \u00e9norme probl\u00e8me de m\u00e9thode. En principe, pour \u00eatre fiable, un sondage doit s\u2019appuyer sur un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif constant. Cela peut fonctionner \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019une population. Mais comment mesurer l\u2019\u00e9volution du climat social dans une entreprise comme Orange, qui enregistre 7&nbsp;000 d\u00e9parts par an&nbsp;?
