Or, plusieurs dossiers sont pass\u00e9s en force en ignorant purement et simplement les Instances de Repr\u00e9sentations du Personnel.&nbsp;Pour une entreprise qui se targue d\u2019\u00eatre exemplaire quant \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience salari\u00e9s, c\u2019est \u00e9tonnant d\u2019oublier le dialogue social&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p> Autres sujets :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Le <strong>rapport Perspectives Emploi Comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;<\/strong> montre une baisse continue des effectifs, un glissement vers la filialisation et une lente \u00e9rosion des bassins d&#8217;emplois en Province.
