{"id":7862,"date":"2017-06-15T12:31:21","date_gmt":"2017-06-15T12:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=7862"},"modified":"2017-06-15T12:31:21","modified_gmt":"2017-06-15T12:31:21","slug":"ccues-06-2017-mise-a-jour-de-la-politique-anticorruption","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2017\/06\/15\/ccues-06-2017-mise-a-jour-de-la-politique-anticorruption\/","title":{"rendered":"CCUES 06\/2017 : mise \u00e0 jour de la politique anticorruption"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"margin-top: 12pt;\">Mise \u00e0 jour de la Politique anticorruption du Groupe au regard de la loi Sapin 2<\/h2>\n<p><em>Information \/ consultation<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la politique anticorruption est de donner \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des employ\u00e9s du Groupe Orange un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de principes \u00e0 respecter dans le cadre de ses activit\u00e9s et de comportements \u00e0 proscrire car susceptibles de caract\u00e9riser des faits de corruption ou de trafic d\u2019influence.<\/p>\n<p><b>Programme de conformit\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. <b>donner le ton<\/b>&nbsp;: tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro<\/p>\n<p>2. <b>Gouvernance<\/b>&nbsp;: renforcement du dispositif, moyens, plan d\u2019actions et contr\u00f4les Conformit\u00e9 Loi Sapin 2<\/p>\n<p>3. <b>Analyse des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 risque de corruption<\/b>&nbsp;: m\u00e9thodologie et outil<\/p>\n<p>4. <b>Politique et Proc\u00e9dures<\/b>&nbsp;: Due Diligence (rechercher l\u00e9galement des informations relatives \u00e0 un partenaire afin d\u2019identifier les risques potentiels), outil Eliot&nbsp;: d\u00e9claration de d\u00e9passement des seuils cadeaux, repas et invitations.<\/p>\n<p>5. <b>Sensibilisation et formation<\/b>&nbsp;: E-learning sur la \u00ab&nbsp;pr\u00e9vention de la corruption&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;;
