Des r\u00e9sultats mitig\u00e9s pour notre entit\u00e9 qui subit une forte pression concurrentielle mais \u00e9galement s&rsquo;av\u00e8re p\u00e9nalis\u00e9e par la complexit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le bilan Egalit\u00e9 professionnelle montre lui, que SCE n&rsquo;\u00e9volue pas beaucoup sur ce champ : trop peu de femmes sur les m\u00e9tiers techniques, des embauches insuffisantes avec des contrats pr\u00e9caires et une in\u00e9galit\u00e9 persistante dans la promotion et la r\u00e9tribution des femmes.
