Cela vaut notamment pour le TPS 4 <\/b>(<b>4 ans) qui prend fin en 2017, <\/b>mais d\u2019autres situations comme l\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 aux Carri\u00e8res Longues ou les n\u00e9gociations des primes de d\u00e9part sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Nous vous aidons \u00e0 y voir clair.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 12pt;\"><strong>Focus TPS&nbsp;: ce qui change, ce qui reste :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Temps Partiel Seniors (TPS), transition entre vie active et retraite, se d\u00e9cline en plusieurs modalit\u00e9s&nbsp;: TPS 5 (proratis\u00e9 4 ans, cad 48 mois), TPS&nbsp;3, TPSH&nbsp;; ces formules existant \u00e9galement en formule m\u00e9c\u00e9nat\u2026 <\/p>\n<p> Les TPS sont r\u00e9gies par des accords sp\u00e9cifiques, et couvrent des dur\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes. <b>Si l\u2019on veut entrer dans le cadre d\u2019un TPS il faut avoir connaissance des \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas rater, cela n\u00e9cessite une pr\u00e9paration et pr\u00e9voir d\u2019y consacrer du temps.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 12pt;\"><strong>Le TPS 4 (cad TPS 5 proratis\u00e9 48 mois) disparaitra au 1er Janvier 2018<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ce TPS 5 sur 48 mois, est en fait un TPS sur 4 ans. <\/b>Ce TPS offre les modalit\u00e9s suivante&nbsp;: 60 % travaill\u00e9, 65% r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 et 30 mois lib\u00e9r\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p> Il est accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une prime de d\u00e9part [DDG443] de 2 mois. <\/p>\n<p> <b>Ce dispositif existe jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin 2017.
