Nos Clients sont au bord du Risque Psycho Social !<\/p>\n<p> Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses alertes, directement aupr\u00e8s de DEF, dans les CHSCT, et m\u00eame aupr\u00e8s des DRH des AEs, la Direction ne veut pas prendre la mesure de l\u2019\u00e9tat de ses troupes (Vente, Ascom, Msc, Gun, service, pilotage, recouvrement, encadrement\u2026) et de l\u2019impact de ses d\u00e9cisions et approximations.&nbsp; Aucune d\u00e9cision, strat\u00e9gique, commerciale et contextuelle, qui s\u2019impose n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise. MEF, Auckland, DELIVERY, COME, ONE TEAM\u2026.Tout \u00e7a pour \u00e7a ?&nbsp; Les t\u00eates pensantes de la Direction Entreprise ont-elles seulement conscience de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain et de la d\u00e9sorganisation totale de notre fonctionnement ? <\/p>\n<p> La sous-traitance ne peut \u00eatre la seule strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9ponse face \u00e0 nos enjeux et son utilisation exponentielle pose question. Aucune explication sur l\u2019allongement des d\u00e9lais de production et de SAV sans justification recevable, ni en interne ni en externe. <\/p>\n<p> Le manque d\u2019anticipation du programme \u00ab&nbsp;Compliance +&nbsp;\u00bb qui n\u00e9cessitait la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie globale multi-unit\u00e9 n\u2019est que le triste reflet d\u2019une direction qui navigue \u00e0 vue. Les changements radicaux d\u2019une telle d\u00e9cision de justice ne peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s par un quizz e-learning.
