Chaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019augmentation moyenne annonc\u00e9e par la Direction ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie qu\u2019\u00e0 une minorit\u00e9, celle qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 les salaires les plus confortables, tandis que la majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre nous peine \u00e0 maintenir son pouvoir d\u2019achat. <\/p>\n<p> En 2017, peu de collaborateurs ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des 2,3% annonc\u00e9s. La plupart ont d\u00fb se contenter de la <b>mesure collective de 1,1%, que la Direction aurait supprim\u00e9e si la CFE-CGC Orange ne l\u2019avait \u00e2prement d\u00e9fendue<\/b>. Le reste du budget, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la promotion et au rattrapage des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, n\u2019est en effet quasiment jamais enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9pens\u00e9&nbsp;!
