D\u00e9cision<\/h2>\n<p> La CFE-CGC est l\u2019organisation syndicale majoritaire des entit\u00e9s composant Orange Business Services (tant en maison m\u00e8re qu\u2019en filiales) et chez Business &#038; D\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p> Pour la CFE-CGC, la faible performance d\u2019Orange Business Services trouve son origine \u00e0 la fois&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dans les agressions de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de la Concurrence et du r\u00e9gulateur sur le march\u00e9 entreprise, qui imposent \u00e0 Orange des obligations qui ne s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 aucun de ses concurrents<\/li>\n<li>dans la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation du Groupe, o\u00f9 le maintien de la multiplicit\u00e9 de structures juridiques issues des multiples acquisitions nuit \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle,<\/li>\n<li>mais aussi dans un niveau de royalties de marques (Brand Fees) impos\u00e9 par la Direction de la Marque Orange totalement excessif et qui d\u00e9grade fortement la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 d\u2019Orange Business Services face \u00e0 des concurrents comme Atos qui n\u2019ont pas cette ponction peu l\u00e9gitime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> La CFE-CGC demande une r\u00e9action rapide de la Direction pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle d\u2019Orange Business Services et la suspension imm\u00e9diate du syst\u00e8me de royalties qui met en danger l\u2019exploitation d\u2019Orange Business Services.<\/p>\n<p> La CFE-CGC se f\u00e9licite du projet d\u2019acquisition de Business &#038; D\u00e9cision qui assure la stabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019avenir aux 2 500 collaborateurs d\u2019une entreprise profond\u00e9ment affect\u00e9e par la disparition d\u2019un fondateur et entrepreneur respect\u00e9. <br \/> Elle restera vigilante quant aux conditions finales d\u2019int\u00e9gration afin que tous les moyens de la r\u00e9ussite soient au rendez-vous.<\/p>\n<p> Le renforcement des comp\u00e9tences dans l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9sente un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les clients d\u2019Orange Business Services mais aussi pour permettre \u00e0 Orange de fournir des services d\u2019excellence \u00e0 ses clients Grand Public<\/p>\n<p> <b>Yannick Sihalathavong<\/b><br \/>D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 Syndical Central CFE-CGC de Business &#038;
