{"id":8670,"date":"2017-12-07T16:10:30","date_gmt":"2017-12-07T16:10:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=8670"},"modified":"2017-12-07T16:10:30","modified_gmt":"2017-12-07T16:10:30","slug":"resultats-financiers-d-orange-3eme-trimestre-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2017\/12\/07\/resultats-financiers-d-orange-3eme-trimestre-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9sultats financiers d&rsquo;Orange &#8211; 3\u00e8me trimestre 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em>French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en d&rsquo;Orange des 27, 28, 29 et 30 novembre 2017 \u00e0 Bruxelles, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour relatif aux r\u00e9sultats financiers d\u2019Orange au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2017 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Pascal Marchand, Directeur du Contr\u00f4le de Gestion central Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du Groupe pour le troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2017, sous les projecteurs lors de la journ\u00e9e des investisseurs du 7 d\u00e9cembre, ont \u00e9t\u00e9, d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, largement comment\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques r\u00e9sultats remarquables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 point\u00e9s par Pascal Marchand. Il en est ainsi de la meilleure performance des services fixes en France depuis dix ans, \u00e0 laquelle contribue tr\u00e8s largement OWF (Orange Wholesale France).<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en Europe, les clients convergents sont en augmentation. La strat\u00e9gie qui a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 miser sur la convergence s\u2019av\u00e8re ainsi gagnante depuis plusieurs trimestres en ce qu\u2019elle nourrit la croissance et favorise la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de la client\u00e8le.&nbsp;L\u2019Espagne tir\u00e9e par le chiffre d\u2019affaires des services mobiles reste extr\u00eamement dynamique. La Roumanie est le pays europ\u00e9en qui affiche ce trimestre une croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres. En Pologne la dynamique commerciale a chang\u00e9 depuis l\u2019introduction des offres LOVE. qui permet \u00e0 la filiale polonaise de revoir \u00e0 la hausse ses pr\u00e9visions d\u2019EBITDA.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin pour l\u2019Afrique et le Moyen-Orient la croissance du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires culmine au 3\u00e8me trimestre \u00e0 +3,1%.<\/p>\n<p>En termes d&rsquo;objectifs, le Groupe ne cherche pas co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte \u00e0 gagner des places dans le classement des op\u00e9rateurs mondiaux. Il se place aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 la 12\u00e8me position. Le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l&rsquo;international continue \u00e0 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;Afrique et sur les territoires o\u00f9 le Groupe peut offrir de la convergence.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En termes d\u2019objectifs, le Groupe ne cherche pas co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte \u00e0 gagner des places dans le classement des op\u00e9rateurs mondiaux. Il se place aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 la 12<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> position. Le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019international continue \u00e0 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9 sur l\u2019Afrique et sur les territoires o\u00f9 le groupe peut offrir de la convergence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Les \u00e9lus saluent les performances du Groupe sur l\u2019ensemble des g\u00e9ographies et se r\u00e9jouissent que les strat\u00e9gies commerciales, notamment en faveur de la convergence, portent leurs fruits dans toutes les zones g\u00e9ographiques de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne.<\/b><br \/><b>Aux inqui\u00e9tudes exprim\u00e9es au sujet de la d\u00e9croissance de l\u2019ordre de 10% des services offerts sur le r\u00e9seau t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique commut\u00e9 en France (3 milliards de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires), la Direction oppose la progression du Tr\u00e8s haut D\u00e9bit fixe qui semble d\u00e9montrer que les services FTTH constituent bien le relai de croissance.&nbsp; <\/b><br \/><b>Enfin les \u00e9lus rapprochent ces performances des efforts impos\u00e9s aux personnels dans le cadre des plans de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Barr\u00e9, directeur des ressources humaines Groupe, s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer une pr\u00e9sentation des plans \u00ab&nbsp;\u00abLigne CAPEX&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;Explore 2020&nbsp;\u00bb lors du prochain Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>[<em>English version<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>In the framework of the Orange European Works Council of 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th November 2017 in Brussels, the Group&rsquo;s Management has included an item on the agenda relating to Orange&rsquo;s financial results for the third quarter 2017 presented by Pascal Marchand, Director of Group Central Management Control.<\/p>\n<p>The Group&rsquo;s results for the third quarter of 2017, in the spotlight at Investor&rsquo;s Day on December 7th, have already been widely commented.<\/p>\n<p>Some remarkable results have been pointed out by Pascal Marchand. This is the best performance of fixed services in France in the last ten years, to which OWF (Orange Wholesale France) is a major contributor.<\/p>\n<p>Generally in Europe, convergent customers are increasing. The strategy of focusing on convergence has been successful for several quarters in that it fuels growth and fosters customer loyalty. Spain, driven by mobile service revenues, remains extremely dynamic. Romania is the European country which posted double-digit growth this quarter. In Poland the commercial dynamic has changed since the introduction of LOVE offers. which allows the Polish subsidiary to revise upwards its EBITDA forecasts.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, for Africa and the Middle East, sales growth peaked in the 3rd quarter at + 3.1%.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of goals, the Group is not trying to win places in the ranking of global operators. He is now in 12th place. International development continues to be very focused on Africa and territories where the Group can offer convergence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The European Works Council members welcome the Group&rsquo;s performance across all geographies and are delighted that commercial strategies, particularly in favor of convergence, are bearing fruit in all geographical areas of the European Union.<\/strong><br \/><strong>To the concerns expressed about the decrease of the order of 10% of the services offered on the French switched telephone network (3 billion of turnover), the Management opposes the progression of Very High Boradband technology which seems to show that FTTH services are the growth relay.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Lastly, the Council members are bringing these performances closer to the efforts imposed on staff in the context of cost reduction plans.
